Development of Plan:
-Inserted 10x10 chart into Publisher
-Followed ad-article-ad-ad-article-article-ad-article-etc format of researched magazines
-Inserted an 11 page 25 year anniversary article, resembling the Men's Health 50 anniversary edition I researched.

-Semi Completed Product:
-Inserted article names to where each article is
-The category of food starts off the magazine on page 5. I came up for the titles of the included articles by brainstorming how I diet and view my own food choice involved with my fitness lifestyle and I came up with article-style names for them (seafood: the secret ingredient for mass/ carbs, fats, proteins, your new best friends), etc.
-The workout section starts on page 22. The names of the workouts were actually what I call my own workouts that I use myself, (killer quads, broad back, triple header, etc. I thought it would be pretty interesting to include them in my magazine.
-The 25 year anniversary segment appears on page 46. I decided to include this after viewing the Men's Health 50 year anniversary segment and realizing it can be an original way to 1) include depth and realism to the magazine and 2) eliminate 11 pages.
-The next section is the fitness accessory section, featuring elemental products and going into depth about the use and context of them.

-Fully completed product:
-The articles shown strongly reflect my own personal questions and the hoops I had to go through when I first learned about fitness.
-For example, "Creatine: All you need to know", reflected my empty then, and now strong knowledge about that aspect of my own fitness supplementation process. I had to learn from many sources about what it is, and if I actually wrote that article, it would give the reader -everything they need to know- in one source, which saves them the hassle of further research and gets them going to the gym one step quicker. I feel it would be appreciated and worthy to the reader. The article, "carbs, fats, proteins: your new best friends", (13), follows the same ideology.
-There's also a mini-segment of gym apparel like wrist wraps, (58-59), hoodies, (64), Dryfit, (66-68), gym style in general, (86-87), and oxygen masks, (95). If I wrote in these articles I would share my selection of gym clothing and workout accessories I use, and also other accessories that I've seen in the gym. I feel it would be beneficial to the reader to see and learn to use a wide range of top gym brands and items. The ads surrounding these articles would be specific gym apparel ads similar to the articles.
-For that matter, all of the ads would be related to the articles. For example, after or before the "supplementation" article, (73-75), there would be supplement brands advertising their product, being both global and local companies.
-These articles follow my own and most other people's process in becoming a fitness expert, and the purpose of them is to educate the beginner or intermediate in becoming well informed.
